Postage and packaging (shipping)

UK

All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery 

• Costs of postage:
• orders under £9.99 = £2.50   
• orders £10 to £24.99 = £2.00
• orders over £25 = Free

Outside the UK

• Please contact me before placing an order
• Cost of shipping is calculated per order
• If an order is placed before contacting me, the extra cost of shipping will need to be paid before the order is dispatched

Delivery

• I despatch the majority of goods within 24 hours (2 days maximum). Therefore, depending on postal times (unless a strike) you should receive your order within 4 days (longer if outside the UK). If ordered on a Sunday the delivery time will be slightly longer.

•  If you have not received your order after a reasonable period of time has elapsed please contact me to report a possible loss in transit. Please be aware that the postal services do not recognize an item as lost in transit until a period of 4 weeks has passed from date of posting.

Returns

• Before returning any product, you must contact me before returning. I accept any product returned providing it is still in its original packaging for up to 10 days from the date of shipment.

• However, you must contact me within 3 days of receipt, giving details of your reason for returning.

• You must return it in a secure and safe manner and it is advised that you return it with proof of delivery as I cannot be responsible for any loss on return to me. Return postal charges are at your own expense.

• A 20% restocking fee is charged on returned items which are unwanted or wrong product ordered.

• Important: If damage occurs during shipment, please save the original packaging and contact me immediately.
